2012 Parish-Wide "Lenten Lift". Theme: "Dare to Be Holy". For our upcoming Lenten season we invite you to deepen that call to holiness by joining in any or all of the following:

• Parish Lenten Mission. Bill Wegner of Good News International will be with us from February 25-29 to preach and inspire us. Evening sessions Sunday-Wednesday 7:00 - 8:30 PM. Morning sessions (includes Eucharist) Monday-Wednesday, 9:00 - 11:00 AM. G.R.A.C.E. families are asked to attend at least one session.
• Parish Book for Lent.  Our parish-wide book for Lent this year is Meeting Jesus in the Gospels by George Martin.  Copies available in the office. No cost but if you can help offset the cost an envelope is included with the book. Discussion groups on the book will start the week of March 4-10. Times available: Sunday after the 9:30 AM Mass; Monday after the 7:00 PM Mass; Tuesday after the 9:00 AM Mass; and Thursday 6:000 PM.
• "Sinners Only Tonight: Redemption and Forgiveness". Lenten talk hosted by both SS. John and Paul and St. Kieran's. Open to whole vicariate. Speaker: Fr. Mark Miller, S.J., internationally recognized theologian and speaker. Location: St. Kieran's. See the Lenten Talk flyer for details.
• Fridays of Lent. Let the Fridays of Lent be a special day for keeping the Lenten focus. See the Friday flyer for what will be happening at the parish on Fridays of Lent.

Echoes of Faith Catechist Formation/Certification/Update.  For all catechists, anyone interested in helping with catechetical program. An enjoyable way to join with fellow catechists once a month, go through some continuing ed/updates and get fully certified as a catechist in the process. New English Translation of the Roman Missal.  We begin the full implementation of the new English translation on November 26/27.
